Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field (or equivalent mix of education/experience).
• 6+ years of operations experience in a large volume center environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily production plans that meet or exceed customer service level expectations.
• Balances labor availability and volume requirements daily.
• Directs routine facility inspections and coordinates maintenance.
• Leads talent development and retention of shift managers.
• Sets goals and provides feedback to managers to drive performance.
• Ensures safety policies are implemented and work areas are organized.
