Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Pendergrass, GA to lead a fast-paced distribution team. This role drives safety, culture, and operational excellence across a multi-shift environment, owning plans, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate daily activities, apply lean practices, manage timecards, and ensure accurate inventory while supporting HR and leadership objectives. This is a full-time on-site position with Saturday through Monday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in operations or logistics
• 1+ years of leadership experience with similar responsibilities
• Experience in a multi-channel, multi-shift, high-volume distribution environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly plans and make operational decisions to meet KPIs
• Maintain department flow to ensure productivity and on-time execution
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Monitor production needs and allocate resources to maximize throughput
• Own timecard accuracy and payroll data for the team
• Identify cross-training needs for proper coverage
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Lead projects to improve DC operations
• Ensure inventory accuracy to deliver a great customer experience
• Manage labor budgets and supplies to meet financial goals
