Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking an on-site leader to manage a Bulk Distribution Center in Georgia. You will drive daily operations, planning, safety, and KPI achievement while coordinating with store operations and corporate teams.

The role includes recruiting and developing up to 250 employees across multiple shifts, budgeting, and implementing process improvements to meet demand and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading managers and large teams in a high-volume center.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Access for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Leads on-site management of a Bulk Distribution Center and ensures execution of all functions.
• Recruits, trains, and manages up to 250 employees across multiple shifts.
• Develops and implements associate training programs and safety practices.
• Monitors staffing, budgeting, and KPI targets; drives productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborates with HR and operations to address questions, performance, and changes.
