Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Greensboro, NC seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to cover vacations and open territories on 5‑day routes. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between stores in the Greensboro area. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as part of a flexible 5‑day schedule.

The role supports the POD model and large store channels, coordinating with store personnel, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue and profit.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure strong execution scores.
• Maintains back room by stacking and organizing inventory and pallets.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and coordinates with customers, merchandisers, and drivers.
