Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure day-to-day success and contribute to revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on target lists and marketing promotions to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handles returns of pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products on shelves; ensures proper operation of vendor displays.
