Job summary

The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist role in Fayetteville, NC, supports the POD model in a flexible, 24/7 operation across vacation coverage and open territory work. You will coordinate with store personnel, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and timely orders, while representing Coca-Cola Consolidated in daily customer interactions.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, and a valid driver's license; travel within multiple stores

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures; provides vacation coverage to Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders to ensure daily success and contribute to revenue, volume and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles pallets and damaged/out-of-date products.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product and ensures vendor operations are proper.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel via follow-ups, pricing, programs, opportunities, and activities discussions.
• May be first call point for late PM/early AM weekends; coordinates between customer, merchandiser and driver for orders and inventory.
• Supports day-to-day operations during key holidays or when territories are open.
