Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure excellence in Right Execution Daily scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product and returns to the branch.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates product on shelves.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and offerings.
