Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy. This role provides vacation coverage for Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, and may coordinate weekend route coverage as needed.

The BAM Specialist acts as liaison between customer, merchandiser, and driver for orders and inventory, ensuring safe, efficient operations in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Manages a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure strong execution scores.
• Maintains back room and pallets, returns, and damaged goods.
• Distributes POS materials and rotates merchandisers and vendors.
