Job summary

The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) role is based in Zebulon and Nashville, NC, servicing Coca-Cola products across pre-set routes. You will manage accounts, sell new products and promotions, and ensure merchandising excellence while building strong retailer relationships.

Travel between stores is covered with mileage reimbursement; you will collaborate with Merchandisers and Specialists to support territory needs and execute commercial plans safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and marketing plans.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display according to procedures.
• Maintains back room by organizing inventory and returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates displays.
• Cultivates relationships with store personnel for ongoing opportunities.
• Identify competitive issues and support safe, compliant operations.
