Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) to sell, order, and present products across assigned customers. The role collaborates with customers to generate accurate orders, executes commercial plans, and merchandises products while following quality guidelines and safe handling practices.

The BAM will work on daily routes, implement promotions, manage displays, and maintain back room organization.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Customer service experience in retail preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs)
• Strong critical thinking
• High initiative and willingness to learn

Responsabilités

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue and gross profit
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure RED execution
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf according to programs
• Maintains back room organization and handles pallet returns and damaged/out-of-date product
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper shelf coverage
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, and upcoming activities
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activities that could impact the business
