Responsibilities

• Support project assignments across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation teams.
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user feedback, and feature research.
• Support testing, documentation, and coordination of development tasks.
• Assist with tracking project timelines, status reporting, and coordination of special project initiatives.
• Support compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision‑making.
• Assist with research, testing, and documentation related to AI tools and initiatives.
• Assist with identifying, building, and documenting automation solutions to improve process efficiency.
• Document resolutions, learnings, and outcomes for future reference.
• Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Support project assignments as needed across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Data, AI, and Automation teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job operates in a physical office environment with computers and related technology. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
