Schneider Electric is seeking a Buildings segment-focused Solutions Offer Manager in the United States. The role collaborates with Buildings segment leaders, segment marketing and Solution Architects to translate market trends into differentiated Digital Energy value propositions and consolidated roadmap directions.

You will align DE Solutions offer backlogs with Buildings needs and drive cross-team collaboration, prioritization, and execution across a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Buildings segments and customer environments.
• Experience with offer management and product roadmaps.
• Ability to translate market trends into differentiated value propositions.
• Excellent synthesis, communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% regionally/globally.

Responsibilities

• Structure and animate operating model between Buildings Segment teams and DE Solutions offer teams.
• Define segment value propositions for Digital Energy offers.
• Capture insights from segment leaders and translate into inputs for offer managers.
• Prioritize requirements and synchronize roadmaps across DE Solutions offers.
• Maintain visibility with stakeholders on roadmap directions and decisions.
• Drive resolution and unblock execution across offer teams.
