Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Building Systems Service Sales Consultant to grow and retain a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients by delivering service and retrofit strategies that improve reliability, comfort, and energy performance.

You will develop a strong pipeline, cold-call owners and facility managers, and perform on-site assessments to inform scoping, pricing, and proposals for maintenance, repairs, and retrofits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience preferred.
• Comfort navigating both executive and technical conversations.
• Valid driver's license with ability to commute in Hillsborough County.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Call on owners, facility managers, and management companies to book meetings.
• Conduct on-site assessments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, occupied spaces) to scope work.
• Price, negotiate, and deliver proposals for service contracts, repairs, and retrofits.
