Cortez Heating & Air is seeking a Service Sales Representative to grow our Service Projects and renewable service business, including renovations and BAS projects. Target markets include healthcare, retail, commercial property management, pharmaceutical, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HVAC B2B sales experience, strong networking abilities, and proven presentation and closing skills. A competitive compensation package with commissions is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Currently working with a Mechanical/HVAC contractor in a sales position in our target territory.
• 7+ years of experience in business-to-business sales in the HVAC industry.
• Estimating skills.
• Knowledge of the business environment in the region (Tampa, FL).
• Excellent communications skills and ability to engage in professional networking.

• Identify and qualify HVAC sales opportunities in retrofit and service projects and ongoing service.
• Develop HVAC-based solutions to support the client on building development and retrofit projects.
• Develop and exploit existing marketplace to increase company revenue.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; strong closing skills are essential.
• Manage quotes to close sales and maintain an active backlog of opportunities.
