Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems (MEP).
• Manage energy systems and record daily actions.
• Provide excellent tenant service and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on maintenance and projects.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with on-call rotations and weekend work.
• Maintain clean mechanical and utility rooms.
