Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions; Universal CFC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety controls.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain energy management programs for efficient operations.
• Assist preventive maintenance to meet equipment design life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
