Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed design life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; keep a clean workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation per design and environmental conditions.
