Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical certification preferred.
• 4–5 years of related maintenance or engineering experience.

• Experience with building management systems and preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to obtain/hold required local licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials handling and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
