Qualifications
5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate building systems condition.
Prepare technical reports and quality supporting documents.
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
Strong observational, deductive, and reasoning skills
Education
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field
