Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking full-time Building Science Project Engineers to conduct Property & Facility Condition Assessments and produce due diligence reports for clients nationwide.

The role involves evaluating building systems, recommending immediate repairs, and researching historical/regulatory data. Candidates should have a relevant degree and several years of experience in architecture/engineering, including property inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 2+ years of experience performing property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate system condition and recommend repairs.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data collection, and project research.
• Author technical reports with maps and appendices.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines; report progress to PM.
• Provide actionable recommendations impacting the transaction process.
• Coordinate and respond to scope-change requests.
