Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking full-time Building Science Project Engineers across the country to complete Property & Facility Condition Assessments and subsequent due diligence reports for our clients.

The role involves evaluating building systems, performing site visits, and producing technical reports with maps and appendices. It requires travel, a hybrid work model with weekly site visits, and strong writing/communication skills to deliver quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
• Must be able to work in an ambiguous, complex, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate condition and recommend repairs
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation, and research
• Produce technical reports with maps and appendices
• Plan and track project timelines and communicate progress
• Provide recommendations impacting the transaction process
• Coordinate changes in project scope
