Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Building Supervisor to lead commercial cleaning operations across multiple sites. Based in DFW, you will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of staff, ensuring service commitments are met and budgets and growth targets are exceeded.

The role requires at least five years in janitorial or related industry, strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, and experience in operations or facilities

Qualifications

• Five+ years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, senior management, clients, vendors and staff.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong business development experience, skills and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and team personnel.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to ensure service quality.
• Analyze processes against customer needs and service expectations.
• Meet with company leaders to evaluate location performance and regulatory trends.
• Understand all customer contracts and schedule services accordingly.
• Allocate resources and maintain inventories for customer sites.
• Regularly meet with Operations and customers to monitor service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment and training of cleaning staff and ongoing development.
• Interact with senior managers/ownership to promote business.
• Perform other duties as needed.
