Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of equipment, controls, and building automation maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, HVAC, plumbing.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
• Report major issues to Chief Engineer for instructions or scheduling.
• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance.
