Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Building Plant Operations and Maintenance experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical field.
• CA Steam Engineer Unlimited License or LA 500 HP License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for proper operation.
• Maintain routine records and diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair or replace parts, test for proper operation.
• Service boilers, burners, and heating systems as needed.
• Perform general maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Read blueprints and manuals; work in labor/management partnership.
