Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment, controls, and building automation maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical manuals.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration License and CA driver's license required or within 6 months of hire.
• 3–5 years of Building Operations and Maintenance experience in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for proper operation and maintenance records.
• Repair or replace parts, test for proper operation and safety device function.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance per procedures.
• Maintain plumbing systems including piping and fixtures; test for leaks.
• Support boiler and HVAC operations and basic systems as assigned.
