Qualifications

• Ability to input work orders using handheld/desktop devices.
• New York City familiarity and NYC residence within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on city-owned properties.
• Conduct daily inspections and report issues.
• Monitor outsourced contractors and escort as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and snow removal duties.
• Onsite duties at Sunset Park Campus with travel to One Liberty Plaza.
