Qualifications

• Four years of full-time trade experience or apprenticeship-equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in New York.
• Able to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs., in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level maintenance, repair, installation and construction tasks in the mechanical, electrical, building and other trades.
• Inspect work for compliance with codes, safety rules and schedules.
• Plan, order materials, and supervise staff as needed.
• Travel to other DMNA facilities and complete required training.
• Provide guidance and training to subordinate employees.
