Job summary

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and inspecting mechanical, electrical and building trades projects, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in a trade under a skilled journey-level position.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, diagrams and specifications.
• Ability to supervise effectively and train others when needed.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level skilled and semiskilled maintenance, repair and construction tasks across trades.
• Inspect work in progress for compliance with codes, materials, and schedules.
• Provide guidance and assistance to staff; may supervise and coordinate with other facilities personnel.
