Job summary

Qualifications

- 5+ years of maintenance, inspections and repairs experience.
- Must maintain a valid NYS Driver License with clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services on City-owned properties.
- Conduct daily inspections and inform supervisor of maintenance issues.
- Monitor and escort outsourced contractors when required.
- Respond to emergencies 24/7 and assist with snow removal.
- Input work orders and record maintenance activities.
