Job summary

Community Access Inc. in New York City seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to assist with maintaining agency apartments and facilities, performing cleaning, disinfection, trash removal and basic repairs across masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and systems maintenance.

You will work under the Area Superintendent to meet KPI targets for work orders, apartment turnovers, and annual certifications, contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintains agency apartments and facilities under the Area Superintendent.

• Executes minor repairs in masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and system upkeep.
