Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Bristol, TN to greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions, and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.

You will work in various departments as needed, with duties ranging from stock replenishment to checkout assistance, aiming to deliver top-notch customer care and support for home improvement needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform job duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paints, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
