Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement projects.

You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure needs are met in a friendly, professional manner. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, stocking, processing orders, and potentially working across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise
• Downtime stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
