Job summary

Erie Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding sales support and service within a fast-paced territory. You will handle high-volume product sales, quotes, order entry, and delivery scheduling while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities include processing orders in ERP, assisting with inventory, and coordinating with management, dispatch, and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Exceptional time management and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job specs and manuals.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Experience with an ERP system or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information; process quotes and orders.
• Enter orders into ERP and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide after-sales support and handle inquiries.
• Assist inventory control and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with vendors, management, and dispatch.
