Erie Materials in New York seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to handle high-volume product sales, quotes, order entry, and delivery scheduling. You will support customers, work with the territory management team, and ensure timely follow-up on potential orders.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the ERP, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the distribution center. The role requires strong communication, time management, and basic math skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office

Formación

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of related sales experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building materials preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as job specifications and product manuals.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to present information effectively one-on-one and in small groups.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or ability to learn them.
• Experience with an ERP system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product information and quotes.
• Enter orders into the ERP system and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Process cash/credit card sales and returns; manage paperwork.
• Provide support to Territory Managers and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate inventory and showroom materials; assist with displays and literature.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records.
