Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Wisconsin to generate and secure new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.

You will promote and sell building materials, prepare price quotations and delivery dates, coordinate schedules, estimate materials from blueprints, and help ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• Knowledge of building materials industry and products; ability to negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts.
• Provide existing accounts with products, time, and information.
• Assist with product selection for customer needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• Coordinate project schedules and material deliveries.
• Prepare and input orders as necessary.
• Informs company of competitive prices and area information.
• Maintain knowledge of daily/monthly sales vs budget and margins.
• Research and order special products as necessary.
• Adhere to conflict of interest/non-compete if in place.
• Comply with attendance policy.
