Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is hiring a Dealer Sales Representative to cover Central North Carolina and Southern Virginia markets, focusing on dealer relationships and growth in the territory. You will work with an Inside Sales Partner to develop strategies, expand the customer base, and promote the full portfolio of engineered wood products.

The role requires a proactive seller who can manage a geographic territory, travel regularly, and drive opportunities from within existing accounts and new prospects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Building materials experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout eastern North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop dealer and buyer relationships in assigned markets.
• Grow sales by identifying opportunities and pursuing new business.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to develop and execute customer strategies.
• Provide market feedback on products, pricing, and demand.
