Service Partners in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a customer service representative to serve as the primary contact for the branch. You will handle order support and product information, working closely with sales, production, credit, and delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, basic math, and a professional, engaging demeanor. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and able to operate company vehicle if required.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the Eugene branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments.
