Job summary

Lumbermen’s Cottage Grove facility is seeking a Customer Service specialist to serve as a call-centre liaison for customers and suppliers within the Building Materials division. You will quote products, handle inquiries, manage orders, and collaborate with production to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in professional customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, in a safety-minded, team-oriented ESOP environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience with Distribution & Supply Chain.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a professional customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote products accurately and deliver timely quotes to customers.
• Maintain and manage inventory stock levels.
• Answer incoming customer/vendor inquiries and assist with timely problem resolution.
• Enter incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with production to ensure timely completion and delivery.
