Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise, ensuring accurate records of selections.
• Facilitate product selection for showroom customers and record orders accurately.
• Process sales at the cash register and handle various payment methods.
• Create invoices, work orders and sales tickets; enter data into the system and issue refunds when needed.
• Purchase special-order products and obtain pricing, specs, and availability.
• Maintain showroom appearance and stock levels; assist with inventory.
• Bag, box, wrap and package merchandise for customers.
• Assist with yard/warehouse operations and may operate forklifts/vehicles after training.
• Attend trainings and location-specific services as needed.
