Qualifications

• 1-3 years of building material knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers, helping with merchandise questions, locating items, pricing, and promotions.
• Process customer sales at the register and receive payments by various methods according to procedures.
• Provide initial product guidance, handle inquiries, quotations, and schedule deliveries or installations.
• Assist with product selection for showroom customers and record consistent selections.
• Create accurate invoices, work orders, and sales tickets; input data into the computer system.
• Maintain showroom appearance and stock levels; ensure store environment is clean and organized.
• Attend training to expand knowledge of the product offering and company procedures.
• Assist with inventory and ensure proper cash handling and safety compliance.
