Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

**Please Note** This is a 90-day contract position. There is potential for extensions or FTE conversion but not guaranteed. Candidates will use their own personal vehicle for the position.

Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Openings: 1

Duration: 3-month contract, with possible extensions/conversion

Locations: 6 facilities in the portfolio (Weymouth MA, Brockton MA, Foxborough MA, Fall River MA, Taunton MA)

Shift: Monday – Friday (7am or 8am start time, flexible)

Start: ASAP after background check & drug screening

Interviews: 1 and done onsite

Pay: $40/hr - $50/hr (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.)

• Basic hand tools and skills, general maintenance
• Basic computer skills - utilizing Angus WO system and Outlook
• 'Jack of all trades' maintenance experience
