Qualifications

• In charge of maintenance at a 14-story building in Boston.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on large HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance-focused work orders.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Location: Downtown Boston, 02111

Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire

Why Open?: Net new adds! New buildings in our client’s portfolio

Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri (7/8-4/5), rotating on call

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (full benefits, time off, etc.) - may include 5-10% annual bonus

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of experience in heavy commercial environments
• High rise building engineering experience
• Hands on with electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• Rooftop units, VAVs, chiller, coolers, basement electrical equipment as well

Day to Day

• This building is a large multi-building medical center in downtown Boston
• All of the buildings are attached by the 3rd floor indoors
• In charge of likely just one building that is 14 stories
• Heavy commercial work
• Preventative maintenance on large HVAC systems
• Need electrical and mechanical knowledge, however you will be calling in experts via outside vendors as well
• Responding to work orders that are all maintenance focused, but then you will call vendors for more specialized stuff!
