Facilities Maintenance Technician (Residential) Our Client,a well-established real estate company supporting multiple Boston-area properties, is looking for a Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and hands‑on work. This position will pay between $35-$42/hr plus OT depending on experience and fit.
