The Maintenance Technician plays an important role in maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

As a Maintenance Technician, reliability, responsiveness, and strong problem-solving skills are essential to daily success.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or building operations.
• Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks as a Maintenance Technician.
• Address repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance needs.
• Monitor building systems, equipment, and facility conditions.
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and environmental concerns.
• Perform routine inspections to help ensure the facility remains safe and operational.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and facility procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs.
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-Time Days (9AM - 5PM) | Monday to Friday
