Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout commercial properties and business parks.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and troubleshoot building-related issues.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general mechanical repairs.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, lighting, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, and other building equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or operational concerns.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules and maintain accurate service records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and building system issues and determine when specialized contractors are required.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and monitor work to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Assist with tenant build-outs, renovations, repairs, and other property improvement projects as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas, including basic landscaping, sidewalks, parking areas, loading areas, and building entrances.
• Respond to building emergencies, including water leaks, equipment failures, power issues, and other urgent maintenance situations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance supplies, and mechanical rooms in an organized and safe condition.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, building codes, and company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous service to tenants, vendors, contractors, and property management personnel.
• Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned.
