• Maintain energy management programs and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Produce and maintain documentation for inspections and operations.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the team.
• Work within CBRE policies and contribute to team objectives.
