Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems per applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and safe storage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Maintain an energy management program; ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance to meet or exceed equipment life; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean and safe.
• Review inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
