Job summary

• Ensure building operations comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and keep a clean workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation meets design specifications and environmental targets.
• Apply standard methods to solve complex tasks and share knowledge with teammates.
• Lead by example and support a collaborative CBRE culture and values.
