Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager in Baltimore to lead maintenance operations, resolve HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, and oversee turnover to support leasing. You will ensure safety, code compliance, and preventative maintenance, while providing strong leadership and daily resident service follow-ups.

The role requires 5+ years in the trades with HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification and on-call availability, reflecting Bozzuto's commitment to exceptional service and property

Qualifications

5+ years in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.
Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS and risk management.
Experience supervising and leading a team preferred.
Availability for emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and model Bozzuto values and culture.
Address resident service tickets with timely follow-ups.
Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
Oversee make-ready and turnover to support leasing.
Conduct preventative maintenance to preserve building value.
Maintain safety, codes compliance, and on-call rotation.
