Zusammenfassung

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams in a luxury high-rise setting, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. You’ll manage make-ready processes, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance while ensuring timely resident service and 24/7 emergency coverage.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience at a luxury high-rise building.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS.
• Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Safety mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example, aligning with Bozzuto’s values and culture.
• Hire, develop and provide on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to technicians and community care associates.
• Address resident concerns with timely follow-up and meticulous ticket completion.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Manage make-ready and turnover processes to lease new apartments.
• Execute preventative maintenance to preserve building value.
• Maintain building aesthetics, grounds and safety, including snow removal.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency coverage and peak efficiency of systems.
• Adhere to building codes and safety standards with accident-free operation.
• Lead capital improvements and vendor projects within budget.
• Schedule staffing to support 24/7 operations.
